1. 14-Day Voluntary Refund Window
FolderStream Pro purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request. This is a voluntary FolderStream policy for customers who decide the product is not right for them.

2. Refunds After 14 Days
The 14-day voluntary refund window is not an absolute cutoff in every situation.
Refunds may still be available after 14 days where required by applicable consumer law, where FolderStream agrees that a refund is appropriate, or where Lemon Squeezy determines a refund is appropriate under its payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or chargeback processes.
A refund after 14 days is not guaranteed.
3. Faults and Consumer Rights
The voluntary refund window does not replace legal consumer rights.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where FolderStream is faulty, materially different from what was advertised, or where consumer law otherwise requires a remedy.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. How to Request a Refund
When possible, please include:
- the email address used for purchase
- the order number, if available
- a brief description of the request
This helps us locate the order quickly. You do not need to provide unnecessary personal information.
5. Refund Processing
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, so refunds are also processed through Lemon Squeezy or its payment infrastructure.
Once a refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Timing can vary.
6. Licence Deactivation After Refund
If a full refund is issued, the associated FolderStream Pro licence may be deactivated.
FolderStream Free may still remain usable where offered. Refunding Pro does not delete your original video files.
7. Fraud or Abuse
We may decline refund requests involving fraud, deliberate abuse, or misuse of the refund process where permitted by law.
8. Lemon Squeezy's Role
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for FolderStream Pro purchases.
Lemon Squeezy may process or issue refunds as part of its payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or chargeback processes. Its involvement does not remove any consumer rights that apply to you.
